Additional Terms & Conditions – Eligibility & Selection Process

1. Declaration & Eligibility Confirmation

By selecting the declaration checkbox while submitting the “Apply Now” form and/or proceeding with “Pay Now”, you confirm and agree that:

• You meet the eligibility criteria specified under “Who Can Apply”, including but not limited to:
  • B.Com (First Division)
  • B.Com with M.Com / MBA / Postgraduate qualification
  • Indian Citizenship
  • Born on or after January 1, 1996

Any false declaration, incorrect information, or misrepresentation of eligibility shall result in immediate disqualification, at the sole discretion of KC Global Edutech Private Limited

2. NFET Assessment & Result Disclosure

• Upon completion of the NFET (National Finance Eligibility Test), candidates will receive only the scorecard.
• The scorecard shall include:
  • Number of correct responses
  • Number of incorrect responses
• The scorecard will be shared within 48 hours from the date of test completion.
• No request for answer keys, detailed solutions, re-evaluation, or rechecking will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Selection Process

• The entire selection process shall be conducted strictly on a merit basis.
• Merit determination may include, but is not limited to:
  • NFET scores of eligible candidates
  • Academic performance and credentials

KC Global Edutech Private Limited reserves the absolute right to:

• Define and revise merit cut-offs
• Modify selection criteria at any stage
• Accept or reject any application without assigning any reason

GCC School is powered by KC Global Edutech Private Limited (KC GlobEd).

4. Disqualification Clause

KC Global Edutech Private Limited reserves the right to disqualify any candidate at any stage if:

• The candidate provides false, misleading, or incomplete information
• The candidate does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria

5. Communication Consent

By submitting the application, you expressly consent to receive communications from GCC School / KC Global Edutech Private Limited, including but not limited to:

• WhatsApp
• SMS
• Email

Such communication may include updates, notifications, and other relevant information regarding the application and selection process.

6. Final Authority

All decisions regarding eligibility, assessment outcomes, shortlisting, and final selection shall rest solely with KC Global Edutech Private Limited, and such decisions shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
