Candidates applying for admission to GCC School programs are required to pay the applicable fees as prescribed at various stages of the admission process. The payment of any fee shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
1.1 NFET Registration Fee
Candidates are required to pay the prescribed NFET (National Finance Entrance Test) registration fee to appear for the admission assessment process.
The NFET registration fee, once paid, shall be non-refundable under any circumstances and shall not be adjusted, transferred, carried forward, or retained for any future examination, selection process, or admission cycle, except as provided under clauses 1.4 and 1.5.
Candidates who do not appear for NFET, do not qualify for further stages of the admission process, or choose not to proceed with the admission process after registration shall not be eligible for a refund of the NFET registration fee.
1.2 Admission Fee
Candidates who successfully qualify through the NFET process and complete the required eligibility verification, documentation, and admission formalities are required to pay the prescribed Admission Fee for securing enrolment in the selected program.
The Admission Fee, once paid, shall be non-refundable under any circumstances and shall not be adjusted or transferred against any future admission, program, or fee payment, except as provided under clauses 1.4 and 1.5.
1.3 Program Fee
The Program Fee applicable to AEIAP, AEUTP, AEUAP, and any other programs launched by GCC School from time to time may be paid through the available payment options, including an upfront payment or an education loan facility facilitated through an authorised financing partner.
Once the Program Fee has been paid, or the applicable education loan formalities have been completed and approved, the amount paid shall not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except as provided under clauses 1.4 and 1.5.
Candidates are advised to review the program structure, curriculum, fee details, and other applicable information before confirming their enrollment.
1.4 Refund of Excess Payment
In case any applicant is found to have paid an amount exceeding the prescribed fee due to technical reasons, payment processing errors, or any other verified discrepancy, the excess amount, if established after verification, shall be refunded to the same source from which the payment was received.
Such refund shall be processed only after receiving communication from the concerned applicant and completing the necessary verification procedures.
1.5 Payment Failure and Registration Assistance
In case of any payment-related error due to network issues, connectivity problems, or technical failures during the NFET registration and admission process, where the applicant has made the payment but does not receive login credentials or confirmation of successful registration, the applicant is advised to contact GCC School at info@gccschool.com with the subject line “NFET Registration Assistance.”
The applicant must provide the relevant transaction details for verification and resolution of the concern. Such cases shall be reviewed after reconciliation of payment records.
The registration fee shall not be considered refundable unless the payment is identified as an excess payment or is determined to be eligible for a refund after verification.

Refund Processing
Wherever a refund is applicable under this policy, it shall be processed only after verification and reconciliation of the relevant transaction details. The refund shall be credited only to the original payment source from which the transaction was initiated.
GCC School reserves the right to review and process refund requests in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned above.
